[Development Background]
The developer of this product found that when using the WASD keys as a directional pad, the horizontal offset between the W and S keys on a standard keyboard layout made input operations difficult.
Additionally, for the developer with smaller hands, positioning the ASD keys as the operational reference point made the W key feel distant and difficult to press, despite its high usage frequency.
To resolve these issues, this product arranges the WASD keys in a cross pattern. This eliminates the horizontal offset between the W and S keys, brings the W key closer to the operational reference position, and makes the W key easier to press. Consequently, this product improves operability when using the WASD keys as directional keys.
